The seventh release of standard postal stamps of the Russian Federation, Eagles, is supplemented by a stamp with the face value of 1 ruble 50 kopecks.
The seventh release of standard Russian stamps provides an unprecedented set of fraud reduction measures to protect state valuable postal matter. In addition to microprinting, unique punching and special inks used, for the first time, postal stamps are produced on self-adhesive paper with protective fibers and special anti-regluing notches. The protective entirety of the new standard is not inferior in its characteristics to the measures used in the banknote manufacture.
The postal miniatures present an image of an emblem of the federal postal service organizations of the Russian Federation in a fine ornamental design.
