He studied in Derpt's University (now Tartu, Estonia) and spent long periods of time in Tverskaya Region. Pushkin was a frequent guest in his manors Malinniki, Pavlovskoe, Berdnovo in 1828, 1829, 1830, and 1833. A.Wolf left a diary (1838-1831) which is a valuable source for researchers on Pushkin's biography, as well as an important source of information on household issues and general interest. A.N.Wolf tells of the events he witnessed.
