The Tower-Chamber (Teremnoy) Palace (1635-1636, by A. Konstantinov, T. Shaturin, L. Ushakov, B. Ogurtsov). The Palace houses the official state rooms of Russian Tsars Vasiliy III and Ivan IV. It is a a five-storeyed building. In the 16th century the ground floor served for utility rooms, Masterskie Rooms occupied the first floor, offices were situated on the second floor and the Tsar suite occupied the third floor.
