Nikita Kul’kov (1969–2000) was an Assistant Chief of a Department of the Operational Brigade of internal troops of the Ministry of the Interior of Russia, a Major, a Hero of the Russian Federation.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2000, for the courage and heroism demonstrated on the performance of military duty in the North Caucasus Region, Major Nikita Kul’kov was awarded the title of a Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously).
