Determined are the winners of the All-Russian Competition for drawing a New Year postage stamp and winners in the category of greeting card.

These are the artworks rated the best in the Author's Postcard category:

5. by Svetlana Frantseva, Pushkin, St. Petersburg.

On the basis of the drawings of the Competition winners, JSC Marka will produce 2 New Year postage stamps and 5 unstamped postcards that will go on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain throughout the country. The winners of the Competition will receive diplomas and money payments.
The Competition was held from June 19 to August 31 with the assistance of the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, the Moscow Union of Artists and the Union of Philatelists of Russia. In total, the organizers received more than 400 contest entries made in various techniques.
Traditionally, online voting for the Audience Choice Award is announced! This year, the Competition Committee selected for voting the best works from those submitted to the Competition that meet the requirements and Regulations of the Competition.
Voting is taking place in the RusMarka group in VK. To participate in the voting, please, click the "like" button for the works you like best in the album Voting for the audience choice award New Year 2026. Voting will proceed until September 22 inclusive.
The voting results and the finalists will be announced on September 24. The winner will receive a Diploma in the category Audience Choice Award.
