JSC Marka has signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Center for Strategic Research

The event was held within the framework of the International Tourism Forum Let’s Travel. The signing of the trilateral agreement was attended by Dmitry Vakhrukov, a Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Pavel Smelov, the Director General of the Center for Strategic Research, and Veronika Maksimenkova, the Director General of Joint Stock Company Marka.

The objective of the Agreement is to develop and popularize the Golden Ring of Russia tourist route as part of the celebration of its 60th Anniversary at the federal level in 2027 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated November 23, 2024. The Agreement is aimed at promoting the Golden Ring of Russia tourist route through the issuance of state indicia, illustrated pre-stamped envelopes, postcards, cards, souvenir sheets and other philatelic and souvenir products, as well as educational and exhibition projects.

The cities and sightseeing attractions of the Golden Ring of Russia tourist route have been repeatedly featured on the philatelic products of JSC Marka. In 2023, a postage stamp in the Cities of Labor Valor series was issued with the image of the memorial To the Heroes of the Front and Rear in Ivanovo, illustrated pre-stamped envelopes dedicated to the 175th Anniversary of the Vladimir Academic Regional Drama Theater, to the city of Kostroma, with the image of the City of Labor Valor stele, the 50th All-Russian Fatyanov Poetry and Song Festival in the Vladimir Region, as well as other products. In 2024, four postage stamps were issued dedicated to the 1000th Anniversary of Suzdal in the Vladimir Region, and a postage stamp in the Cities of Labor Valor series featuring a monument to the workers of the Kostroma Region during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in Kostroma. In 2025, four stamps in the Golden Ring of Russia series were issued, dedicated to the cities of Vladimir, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov the Great, Suzdal, Uglich and Yaroslavl. In 2026, postage stamps in the Golden Ring of Russia series dedicated to the cities of Ivanovo, Kostroma and Sergiev Posad were produced.
