The pre-stamped postcard with a commemorative stamp was put into postal circulation in the Space Exploration series. The commemorative stamp presents a symbolic image of a launch vehicle being launched into space; the main illustration shows schematic diagrams of the ground-based control system and a space satellite. The Print Run is 12 thousand pre-stamped postcards.
On May 13, 2026, the pre-stamped postcard with a commemorative stamp was put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
