On April 28, two rating stamps with the face values of 48 and 97 rubles were put into postal circulation

JSC Marka produces postage stamps with a stated face value indicative of the current inland mail transmission rates.

The release is provided with an up-to-date set of protection means; the postage stamps are produced on a self-adhesive base to facilitate their application

The postage stamps present emblems of the federal postal service organizations of the Russian Federation in an ornamental design.

In addition to the issue of the postage stamps, JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and a special cancel for Moscow.

Stamp sizes: 20×27.5 mm, 25×34 mm; sheet sizes: 203.2×220 mm, 203.2×220 mm.
Emission form: sheets with 20 (5×4) stamps, sheets with 30 (6×5) stamps.
Quantity: 40 million 40 thousand stamps, 45 million 60 thousand stamps.
