On April 8, a ceremony took place of cancellation of an illustrated pre-stamped envelope dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the International Academy of Communications

The event was attended by Irina Fedulova, President of the Moscow Branch of the International Academy of Communications; Anatoly Nazeikin, Chairman of the Russian Trade Union of Communications Workers, Vice President and member of the Presidium of the International Academy of Communications; and Vladimir Efimushkin, member of the Presidium and Chief Scientific Secretary of the International Academy of Communications.

The International Academy of Communications is an international non-profit organization, which is a voluntary association of leading scientists, prominent managers, and highly qualified specialists. The Academy was officially registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 7, 1996. The objective of the organization is to foster creative ties and business cooperation in the field of communications, as well as to integrate Russian and international scientific and creative potential. The Academy realizes activities in the following areas: international, public and scientific, publishing, and educational activities; and scientific research on both technological and socio-economic issues related to the development of infocommunications and society.

The illustrated pre-stamped envelope features an official emblem of the International Academy of Communications. The Print Run is 500 thousand envelopes,

On April 6 of 2026, the illustrated pre-stamped envelopes went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
