The cancellation ceremony was attended by Denis Sekirinsky, a Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation; Sofia Malyavina, the Director General of ANO National Priorities; Mikhail Remizov, a Deputy Director General for Strategy and Program-and-Project Management of JSC United Engine Coprp.; Sergey Korotkov, the Chief Designer – Deputy Director General of OJSC United Aircraft Corporation; Alexander Blagov, the Vice President of the National Research Center Kurchatov Institute; and Grigory Trubnikov, the Director of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research.

The directions that make it possible to obtain scientific and technical results and develop technologies that make the basis for the innovative development of the domestic market of products and services, as well as a stable position of Russia in the foreign market, demonstrate significant achievements.
The postage stamps provide images of Tokamak-15MD thermonuclear plant, Baikal-GVD neutrino telescope, 177S aircraft engine, and S-76 unmanned transport system. The Design Artist is Roman Komsa. The Print Run is 144 thousand each stamp.
On December 17 0f 2025, the postage stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
