The international sports forum Russia is a sporting power will be held in Samara on November 5 - 7 in accordance with a Decree by the President of the Russian Federation and with the support of the Russian Federation Government. The venues of the event will be the modern Solidarity Samara Arena and Vladimir Vysotsky Sports Palace complexes. One of the main topics of the forum will be the development of youth sports.

The agenda of the forum will comprise sports and entertainment events, exhibition and business components. The first two days are devoted to issues of international cooperation, the development of solutions for the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of sports, and the discussion of topical issues of the implementation of the Sport of Russia integrated program. The third day will be a youth day, when the venue will be open to the general public, and session halls will host meetings of young people with famous athletes.

The 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War will also be mirrored in the business, sporting and cultural programs of the Forum. Special attention at the Samara forum will be paid to the possibilities of sports for the rehabilitation of participants of the Special Military Operation, including the development of adaptive sports.

The sports program will include spectacular tournaments with the participation of leading athletes, mass events, races, flash mobs, exercise sessions, tournaments, and master classes in street sports. Forum participants will be offered gala basketball and hockey matches.

The postage stamp provides an image of the Solidarity Samara Arena football stadium and the official logo of the forum.
