On September 25, an official ceremony took place of cancellation of a postage stamp dedicated to the Marshal of the Soviet Union Aleksandr Vasilevsky

The cancellation ceremony was attended by Marshal’s granddaughter Anna Vasilevskaya; Colonel General Vitaly Azarov, the Chairman of the Russian Union of Veterans; Colonel General Aleksandr Bezverkhniy, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation; and Nikolai Chuikov, the President of the Foundation for Preservation of Historical Memory named after Marshal of the Soviet Union V. Chuikov, a member of the Board of the Memory of Victory Commanders Foundation.

On September 25, 2025, the postage stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
