On September 20, an official ceremony took place of special cancellation of an illustrated pre-stamped envelope dedicated to the World Public Assembly New World of Conscious Unity

The event was held as part of the World Public Assembly at the Moscow World Trade Center. The ceremony was attended by Andrey Belyaninov, the Secretary General of the World Peoples Assembly; Piao Yangfan, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization; and Konstantin Kosachev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The World Public Assembly is a new international communication platform intended for searching for and shaping the narratives of a common future and strengthening the conscious unity of the peoples of the world. It is a venue for those who believe in the power of unity and are ready to take action for the sake of the future. The mission of the event is to promote the formation of the outline of an international partnership as a conscious unity of peoples based on the principles of shared responsibility for the future and respect for the moral ideals and cultural values of each nation. The goal of the event is to support public initiatives that are consistent with the strategy of cooperation between peoples in the context of the formation of a new world. The tasks of the Assembly are strengthening of peace and trust between peoples; assertion of the humanitarian strategy of modern civilization; and formation of a new architecture of international communication. The World Public Assembly, widely supported by the international community, is expected to be held annually in different countries.

The illustrated pre-stamped envelope features the logo of the World Peoples Assembly and graphic elements. The Print Run is 500,000 illustrated pre-stamped envelopes.

The envelopes went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
