Summarized are the interim results of the All-Russian competition for Drawing a Postage Stamp and Greeting Card themed Happy New Year!

The receipt of applications for the All-Russian Drawing Competition of the Happy New Year postage stamp and greeting card has been completed.

Determined are finalists of the All-Russian competition for drawing a New Year postage stamp and winners in the New Year Greeting Card category.

Based on the drawings of the Competition winners, pre-stamped postcards will be issued, which will go on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain throughout the country.

Five works that advanced to the final selection in the Author’s Postage Stamp category are drawings by Anastasia Lyashenko from Zelenchukskaya station, Karachay-Cherkess Republic (1), Marina Nikiforova from Birsk, Republic of Bashkortostan (2), Evgeniya Ryazantseva from Chita (3), Lyubov Tyarasova from St. Petersburg (4), and Natalia Shomovskaya from Mytishchi, Moscow Region (5).


We suggest you to choose together the one that will become the New Year postage stamp in 2025.

The competition was held from August 5 through September 7 by JSC Marka with support from the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia and the Union of Philatelists of Russia.

The All-Russian competition of drawing a postage stamp and a greeting postcard for New Year and Christmas among professional artists has already been held for 8 years. In total, the organizers received more than 350 contest entries made in various techniques.

On the basis of the drawings of the Competition winners, JSC Marka will produce 2 New Year postage stamps and unstamped postcards that will go on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain throughout the country. The winners of the Competition will receive diplomas and money payments.
