On September 11, an official ceremony took place of cancellation of a pre-stamped postcard dedicated to Albert Likhanov, the founder of the Russian Children's Fund

 
The event was attended by Dmitry Likhanov, the Chairman of the Russian Children's Fund; and Veronika Maksimenkova, the Director General of Joint Stock Company Marka.

Albert Likhanov's creative work is devoted to the problems of childhood and youth. His works are notable for realism and attention to the inner world of teenagers. He wrote about difficult life situations, friendship and love, betrayal, about growing-up and formation of personalities. Many of A. Likhanov's works are of the autobiographical nature. Several of his works have been adapted for films, which received acclaim from audiences and critics. The writings by A. Likhanov have been published in a total print run of 30 million copies, 110 books have been translated into 37 languages of the world. In addition to his literary work, A. Likhanov was actively engaged in public activities. He was a member of various public organizations and commissions tackling the issues of protection of children's rights. His chief achievement was the establishment of the Russian Children's Fund, which helps children in difficult situations. For his contribution to literature and public activity, A. Likhanov was granted numerous national and international awards.

The pre-stamped postcard provides a portrait of the writer against the background of the building of the Russian Children's Fund. The Print Run is 1,350 copies.

On September 10 of 2025, the pre-stamped postcards were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
