On July 23, a ceremony was broadcast live on the Children's Radio of cancellation of a pre-stamped postcard dedicated to the Children’s Drawing competition themed Admiral Fyodor Ushakov from My Eyes

The participants in the cancellation ceremony were Vladimir Bushuev, the Director of the Foundation of Apostle Andrew the First-Called; Dmitry Shlopak, the head of the initiative group for the construction of a Spiritual and Historical Complex in honor of Holy Righteous Warrior Fyodor Ushakov in Levoberezhny, the initiator of the competition; Veronika Maksimenkova, the Director General of Joint Stock Company Marka; and Andrey Ermoshkin, the Executive Director of the Interium digital agency.

The drawing competition dedicated to Admiral Fyodor Ushakov was held from March 17 to April 30, 2025; the jury reviewed more than 4,000 artworks by participants from 78 regions of Russia. The winner of the drawing competition was 16-y.o. Anastasia Gaiduk from Sevastopol. It was her drawing Assualt of Corfu: The Victory of Admiral Ushakov that became the subject for the state valuable postal matter. The Print Run of the pre-stamped postcard was 800 copies.
