On July 24, a postage stamp dedicated to the Sirius Educational Center was put into postal circulation

The Sirius Educational Center was established on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the basis of the Olympic heritage. The Center annually welcomes thousands of schoolchildren from all regions of the country to participate in intensive programs in science, art and sports. In 2019, the online educational platform Sirius. Courses was launched, which over 350 thousand people have completed in five years.

Today, Sirius is a federal territory with the advancing scientific and educational infrastructure, including a university, a college, an innovative scientific and technological center, a lyceum and a world-class concert venue. Today, the Sirius Educational Center has become a national system for discovering and developing talented schoolchildren. It provides an affordable and high-quality infrastructure and conditions for upbringing of gifted persons for the whole country.

The postage stamp features a panorama of the Sirius Educational Center. The stamp shows the key facilities of the Educational Center: a panorama of the territory, the School building, the campus, as well as the building of the Secondary Special Music School.

In addition to the issue of the postage stamp, JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow and the Sirius Federal Territory.
