On June 24, an official ceremony took place of cancellation of a postage stamp dedicated to the military uniforms of the participants of the 1945 Victory Parade

The event was held at the Central Museum of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The cancellation ceremony was attended by Colonel General Alexei Vorobyov, a Deputy Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation; Hero of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Sergey Boiko, the Chief of the General Staff – Deputy Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation; Major General Dmitry Kuznetsov, the Commander of the Dzerzhinsky Separate, Orders of Suvorov, Zhukov, Lenin, October Revolution Red Banner Operational Purpose Division of the Russian National Guard Forces; and Veronika Maksimenkova, the Director General of Joint-Stock Company Marka.

The postage stamp provides an image of participants of the composite battalion of the F. Dzerzhinsky Separate Special Purpose Motorized Rifle Division of Internal Troops of the NKVD of the USSR in the Victory Parade held on Red Square on June 24, 1945.

On June 24, 2025, the postage stamps were put into postal circulation in the On the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 series and went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.

Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical, cultural and sport events, or are dedicated to state-run and public organizations, as well as celebrated personalities and major backbone enterprises of the Russian economy.
