The event was held at the Rossiya National Center as part of the Forum. The ceremony was attended by Andrey Yatskin, the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and Mikhail Volkov, the Director General of JSC Russian Post.
The chief objective of the event is an open dialog of rural workers with representatives of federal legislative and executive authorities and familiarization with the best practices. The event discusses new approaches to socio-economic development of the countryside and improvement of living standards of rural communities. The Forum will traditionally become a unifying platform for a meaningful dialog, implementation of interesting ideas and practical solutions to improve the life quality in rural areas. The Print Run of the illustrated pre-stamped envelope is 500 thousand items.
The illustrated pre-stamped envelope provides an image of the logo of the All-Russian Forum Rural Workers, as well as photos illustrating the activities of agricultural workers, rural schools and the Russian Post.
The envelopes have already gone on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
