The event was held as part of the Conference in Nizhny Novgorod. The ceremony was attended by Gleb Nikitin, the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region; Dmitry Panyshev, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Marka, and Sergey Dubrovin, the Director of the Federal Postal Service Office of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, a branch of JSC Russian Post.
The pre-stamped postcard features a robot and the event logo. The pre-stamped postcard has been produced using the augmented reality technology. Having downloaded the mARka mobile application and chosen the postcard in the catalogue a viewer gains an access to the video of the Conference.
