On April 29, two rating stamps with the face values of 33 and 76 rubles were put into postal circulation

The release is provided with an up-to-date set of protection means; the postage stamps are produced on a self-adhesive base to facilitate their application.

The postage stamps present an image of an emblem of the Federal Postal Service organizations of the Russian Federation in an ornamental design.

In addition to the issue of the postage stamps, JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and a special cancel for Moscow.

Stamp sizes: 20×27.5 mm, 25×34 mm, sheet sizes: 150×152.4 mm, 203.2×220 mm.
