Let us draw your attention to changes in the issuance schedule of pre-stamped products.
In compliance with the decision of the Commission for the State Valuable Postal Matter of the Ministry for Digital Technology, Communication and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, postage stamps within the Cities of the Golden Ring of Russia series, dedicated to Vladimir, Uglich and Yaroslavl, have been put off to 2025.
Postage stamp 100th Anniversary of the Central House of Aviation and Cosmonautics of DOSAAF of Russia has been excluded from the issuance schedule.
