Artem Adibekov has been in charge of the Publishing House since 2005. Under his leadership, more than 150 postage stamps, about 300 pre-stamped envelopes and postcards, more than 500 postmarks, as well as a variety of souvenir philatelic products are annually put into postal circulation. With the view of supporting and developing philately, the company has created its own retail network of 39 Collectioner show rooms throughout the country. The Publishing House has formed a professional team of unique artists - masters of postal miniature, whose works have repeatedly become winners and prize-winners of international philatelic competitions. On his personal initiative, the Publishing House holds classes in the open school-studio of painting, regularly organizes on-site plein-air sessions, and has a permanent exhibition.
Since 2012, on behalf of the Russian Federation, A. Adibekov has been the President of the World Association for the Development of Philately of the Universal Postal Union. This confirms the high status and authority of the Russian state valuable postal matter at the international level.
In addition to his administrative activities, Artem Adibekov is a talented painter. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 2016, an Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Ingushetia since 2018, a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts since 2020, and an Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation since 2021. The artist works in the genres of painting, graphics and sculpture. The artworks by Artem Adibekov were exhibited at more than 50 art exhibitions in Russia and abroad, some of his works are in store in Russian museums and private collections.
From October 17 to November 1, 2024, the exhibition hall of the Moscow branch of the Union of Artists of Russia (7 Begovaya Street, Moscow) will hold an A. Adibekov’s personal exhibition The Beauty of the Native Land. The exhibition presents more than 70 works painted by the author in the period from 2014 through 2024.
