JSC Marka has been awarded medals of the Brest-2024 International Philatelic Exhibition

On July 26, 2024, the Brest-2024 Philatelic Exhibition with international participation began its work in the Brest Regional Philharmonic Hall timed to coincide with the 80th Anniversary of Brest liberation from the Nazi invaders. The opening ceremony was attended by Konstantin Shulgan, the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus; Sergei Lobodinsky, the Chairman of the Brest City Executive Committee; Artem Adibekov, the Director General of JSC Marka; Alexei Borodin, the President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia; and Sergei Pilipovich, the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Philatelists of Belarus.

For the opening of the Exhibition, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and RUE Belpochta had prepared a thematic project consisting of an illustrated pre-stamped envelope and a special commemorative cancel.


In the official class of the Exhibition, JSC Marka has been awarded Honorary Golden Medals for displayed exhibits: Catalogue of State Valuable Postal Matter of the Russian Federation of 2021-2023; and thematic exhibit State Awards of the Russian Federation, which presents stamps of the Russian Federation issued from 1992 to 2023.

The Brest-2024 Exhibition display combined collections of 85 participants from 13 countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Morocco, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and the USA.
