The postage stamps provide portraits of composers, military choirmasters, conductors Vasily Agapkin, Alexander Alexandrov, Mark Fradkin, Valery Khalilov, Semyon Chernetsky and Ilya Shatrov against the background of the books and music scores of pieces. The composers and their musical compositions were united by a great and sincere love for the Motherland, honor and a sense of duty to the country.

The face value of the postage stamps is 80 rubles; the Print Run is 18 thousand sheets. The design is by Artist Victor Khablovsky. The postage stamps went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain. Besides, additional artistic content has also developed for these stamps. Having loaded the stamps into your collection and pointing your camera at the stamp sheet, through the mARka augmented reality mobile application you can see stock shots of the historic Victory Parade on June 24 of 1945.
