On June 19, a ceremony took place of cancellation of an illustrated pre-stamped envelope dedicated to the 6th Meeting of the Heads of BRICS Prosecution Services

The event was held in the Marble Hall of the Konstantinovsky Palace in St. Petersburg. I. Krasnov, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, put a special stamp and signature on the envelopes; the ceremony was also attended by the Heads of prosecution services of the BRICS states: the People's Republic of China, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the Republic of India.

On June 18-19, 2024, St. Petersburg hosted the 6th Meeting of the Heads of BRICS Prosecution Services themed Modern Digital Solutions to Protect the Law: the Experience of BRICS Prosecution Services. The participants discussed the experience of BRICS prosecution services in introducing modern digital solutions in law enforcement activity and their employment, as well as the role of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, in ensuring the supremacy of law and combating crime.

The illustrated pre-stamped envelope provides an image of the State Complex Palace of Congresses in Saint Petersburg and the logo of BRICS 2024 events. The Print Run is 500 thousand envelopes. The illustrated pre-stamped envelope went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
