On June 5, the Art of a Stamp exhibition opened in the Izmailovsky Park of Culture and Leisure in Moscow

The Art of a Stamp exhibition of paintings and postal miniatures is under way in the Art-Park exhibition pavilion of the Izmailovsky Park of Culture and Leisure. This is a unique joint project of the Russian Academy of Arts, the Union of Artists of Russia, the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, the Moscow Union of Artists and Joint-Stock Company Marka, which is a combined exposition of paintings, graphics and postage stamps.

The exposition presents artworks by Artem Adibekov, a member of the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts, as well as of leading artists of Joint-Stock Company Marka, members of the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia Sergey Ulyanovsky, Olga Savina and others.

The philatelic part of the exposition is represented by postal miniatures dedicated to historical events, outstanding creative personalities, natural, cultural and literary heritage, flora and architectural monuments of Russia, regions and anniversaries of Russian cities, as well as the decorative and applied arts of our country.

Since 2017, more than 30 exhibitions have been held in Russia and abroad: in Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Petrozavodsk, Plyos, Rybinsk, Ryazan, Samara, Tver, Yaroslavl, in Austria, Germany, Serbia and other cities and countries. The exhibition was visited by more than 150 thousand guests. Plans for the future include holding the Art of a Stamp exhibition in Vologda, Kaluga, the North Caucasus and other regions of Russia.

The exhibition will run until August 4, 2024.

Opening hours: Wednesday – Sunday: from 11:00 to 20:00. Free entrance.
