The event was attended by Dmitry Proskura, an Acting Director General of FSUE RSVO; and Vladimir Schensnovich, the First Deputy Head of the Department for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Fire Safety of the city of Moscow.
The history of the organization began in 1933, when Federal State Unitary Enterprise Moscow City Radio Broadcasting Network was established. During the Great Patriotic War, radio networks were entrusted with the pivotal mission of informing the population about the situation at the fronts, the international situation and the life of the country. Today, RSVO provides services for design and construction of wire broadcasting networks, integrated security systems, facility-based and local alerting systems, as well as their operation and maintenance.
A special area of activity is sound-engineering and video-projection services for important city and state events, such as the MAKS air show and the Victory Parade, as well as synchronous conference interpreting. In 2013, merging the radio broadcasting networks of Moscow and St. Petersburg resulted in the establishment of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor FSUE Russian Broadcasting and Emergency Alert Network.
