The event was attended by Stanislav Druzhinin, the President of the Springboard Diving Federation of Russia, and Dmitry Sautin, the First Vice-President of the Springboard Diving Federation of Russia, a two-time Olympic Champion.
The postage stamp features two athletes performing a synchronized dive. The face value of the postage stamp is 30 rubles; the Print Run is 88 thousand stamps. The design is by Artist Sergey Kapranov.
On September 28, 2023, the stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark dates and events in the history of our country. Since 2022, JSC Marka has been issuing the Sports series of stamps. The series includes postal miniatures dedicated to chess, swimming, figure skating, football, gorodki sport and sambo.
