The event took place on the territory of the Exhibition of Economic Achievements (VDNKh) as part of the exhibition opening. The cancellation ceremony was attended by Dmitry Chernyshenko, a Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation; Bella Cherkesova, a Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; and Mikhail Volkov, the Director General of JCS Russian Post.
The postage stamp provides an image of official symbols of the International Russia EXPO.
The face value of the postage stamp is 80 rubles; the Print Run is 72 thousand stamps.
Today, the postage stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
