The Union of Artists of Russia rated highly the activities of Joint Stock Company Marka regarding the issuance of postage stamps and adherence to classical standards and academic requirements for miniature fine-art paintings. On October 9 of 2023, the participants of the annual meeting of the Moscow Branch of the All-Russian creative public organization Union of Artists of Russia unanimously voted for the inclusion of Artem Adibekov, the Director General of Joint Stock Company Marka, into the Board of the organization.
Postage stamps are not only historical sources, preserving the history and culture of Russia, but also genuine works of art that treat a certain subject and create an artistic image.
On the Board are 27 prominent cultural figures of Russia. Nikolai Borovskoi, a People's Artist of the Russian Federation, an Academician and a member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Arts, was re-elected as the Chairman of the Moscow Branch of the Union of Artists of Russia.
