Joint Stock Company Marka presented its thematic exhibit Literary Russia at the exhibition; the exhibit was honored with a commemorative Gold Medal. The exposition included postage stamps, souvenir sheets, stamped envelopes and postcards of the Russian Federation issued from 1992 to 2023. Besides, catalogue State Valuable Postal Matter of the Russian Federation 2022 was awarded the Big Gilt Medal.
The exhibition demonstrated more than 50 collections and exhibits from different regions of Russia and Belarus. The presentation of the exhibition was held in Dimitrovgrad of the Ulyanovsk Region as part of the official ceremony of opening of the Lyceum of Nuclear Technologies on August 23, 2023. Then the exposition was presented in Ulyanovsk, where a ceremony of awarding the organizers and participants of the exhibition took place on September 3, 2023.
