The event was attended by Colonel General Anatoly Suprunovsky, a Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, the Chief State Inspector of the Russian Federation on Fire Supervision; Lieutenant General Vyacheslav Butko, the Head of the Academy of State Fire-Fighting Service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations; Anton Privezentsev, the Director of the Department of the Development of New Telecommunication Services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; and Dmitry Panyshev, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Marka.
The history of the Academy began on September 1, 1933. Over the years of its activities, the educational institution has trained tens of thousands of high-class specialists, who have always been distinguished by excellent scientific knowledge, professionalism, courage and bravery. More than 16 thousand graduates were awarded state awards of the USSR and the Russian Federation over the whole period of the Academy's existence. Today, the Academy is the leading higher education institution of the country in training specialists with higher and postgraduate education in the field of fire safety.
The illustrated stamped envelope features the building of the Academy of State Fire-Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and a fire-fighting vehicle. The circulation is 500 thousand envelopes. On July 27, 2023, the illustrated stamped envelope went on sale in post offices and the Collectioner show room chain.
