On August 18, a ceremony took place of special cancellation of a postage stamp dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the Civil Aviation of Russia

The event was attended by Dmitry Kim, a Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; Alexander Neradko, the Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation; and Alan Kozonov, a Deputy Director General of JSC Russian Post.

The postage stamp provides an image of the jubilee logo of the 100th Anniversary of the Civil Aviation of Russia against the background of the night view of Moscow, and the logo of the RCC.

The face value of the postage stamp is 65 rubles; the Print Run is 104 thousand stamps. The design is by Artist Nadezhda Karpova.

On July 15, 2023, postage stamps issued in the framework of the Joint Issue of the Communications Administrations of the RCC Member Countries were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.

Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical events, or are dedicated to outstanding personalities, major backbone enterprises of the Russian economy, state-run and public organizations.
