The event was attended by Alexey Gordeev, a Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Alexander Kozlov, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation; Dmitry Kobylkin, the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; and Alexander Gusev, the Governor of the Voronezh Region.
The postage stamp provides an image of a river beaver as a symbol of the Reserve; the margins of the block feature the neighborhoods of the V. Peskov Voronezh State Nature Biosphere Reserve as well as a European red deer, a mallard, and a white-tailed eagle that live there.
The face value of the block is 100 rubles; its Print Run is 23 thousand. The block was designed by artist Khasay Mirzoev.
On July 14, 2023, the postal blocks were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical events, or are dedicated to outstanding personalities, major backbone enterprises of the Russian economy, as well as state and public organizations.
