On July 3 to 7, 2023, the Slovakian city of Nitra hosted International Philatelic Exhibition NITRAFILА 2023 that was timed to the celebration of the 1160th Anniversary of the arrival to Great Moravia of the Apostles of the Slavs, missionary brothers Saints Cyril and Methodius and their creation of the Slavonic writing.
The exhibition displayed 54 collections of philatelists from Slovakia and the Czech Republic, as well as thematic exhibit Literary Russia of joint-stock company Marka, which presented stamps, postal blocks, postage stamped envelopes and postcards of the Russian Federation issued from 1992 to 2023.
A special section of the exhibition demonstrated stamps dedicated to Cyril and Methodius produced by postal administrations of different countries, among which the 2013 issue of the Russian Federation took a worthy place.
