The ceremony was held in the Catherine Hall of the Taurida Palace in Saint Petersburg. The event was attended by Valentina Matvienko, the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; and Viktoria Abramchenko, a Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
The postage stamp provides an image of the logo of the 10th Nevsky International Ecological Congress against a natural landscape.
The face value of the postage stamp is 65 rubles; the Print Run is 72 thousand stamps. The design is by painter Maria Bodrova.
On May 25, 2023, the postage stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical dates, or are dedicated to celebrated personalities, as well as major Russian events.
