On May 18, the opening of the LITFILA 2023 All-Russian exhibition of philatelic literature took place

The event was attended by Alexei Borodin, the President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia; Artem Adibekov, the Director General of JSC Marka; Raisa Irz, the Head of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of JSC Russian Post; and Anatoly Truba, the Editor-in-Chief of the Alexander literary and historical magazine, the Secretary of the Union of Russian Writers, a prose writer and essay writer.

The Exhibition is dedicated to the 165th Anniversary of the first postage stamp of Russia and the 100th Anniversary of the first stamp of the USSR; it demonstrates philatelists' achievements in literature, electronic editions and web sites. More than 60 authors take part in the Exhibition with more than 80 exhibits from seven countries: Russia, Belarus, Israel, Moldova, Mongolia, Germany and the Czech Republic. The participants from Russia are philatelists from 19 cities. Each participant received a diploma and a medal. The best editions were honored with special prizes.

The Exhibition presents printed and electronic publications: catalogs, books, monographs, researches, collections of investigative articles, active non-commercial web sites, as well as thematic exhibits. Joint-Stock Company Marka presented two exhibits in the official class, namely: Postage stamps of the Russian Federation of 1992–2017 and State Valuable Postal Matter of the Russian Federation. 2017-2022.

As part of the Exhibition opening, a ceremony was held of commemorative cancellation of a stamped postcard dedicated to the LITFILA 2023 All-Russian exhibition of philatelic literature. The card features Valuable Postal Matter catalogs, mail and philately history publications, as well as a commemorative medal designed for the Exhibition. The Print Run of the card is 1.2 thousand copies. The postcard was put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.

The exhibition is held from May18 to 26, 2023, in the Collectioner show room at the address: 118, Prospect Mira, Moscow.
