Informational note: the cooperation between JSC Marka and JSC Kavkaz.RF began in 2022. The Commission on State Valuable Postal Matter under the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media took a decision to issue a series of postage stamps dedicated to the resorts of the North Caucasus. In 2022, two stamps dedicated to Elbrus and Arkhyz resorts were put into circulation. Today, on May 3, a postage stamp dedicated to the Caucasian Mineral Waters has been issued and presented. For the end of the current year, a stamp featuring the Veduchi resort is scheduled. Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical events, or are dedicated to outstanding personalities, major backbone enterprises of the Russian economy, state and public organizations.
