The event was attended by Igor Levitin, an Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation; Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation; Anatoly Gulevsky, the Chairman of the All-Russia Society of Sports and Physical Training Dynamo; Andrey Kostin, the President and the Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB Bank; and Mikhail Volkov, the Director General of JCS Russian Post.
The postage stamp provides an image of the logo of celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Dynamo sports society.
The face value of the postage stamp is 27 rubles, the Print Run is 126 thousand stamps. The stamp was designed by artist Maria Bodrova.
The postage stamps were put into postal circulation and went on sale in post offices throughout the country and the Collectioner show room chain.
Traditionally, issues of the state valuable postal matter are timed to landmark historical events, or are dedicated to outstanding personalities, major backbone enterprises of the Russian economy, as well as state and public organizations.
