The artist took congratulations on his Birthday Anniversary under the frame of the opening of his personal exhibition at the Museum of the History of Printing, Book Publishing and Ivan Fedorov MGUP of the Moscow Polytechnic University. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Vladimir Miklushevsky, the Rector of the Moscow Polytechnic University; Artem Adibekov, the Director General of Joint-Stock Company Marka; and representatives of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Artists.
Alexei Fedulov is an all-round artist. He does not confine himself to only one genre or form of art. Over a long stretch of time, he was engaged in monumental art, working in different techniques: painting, sgraffito, stained-glass panels, ceramic relief, wood carving. A separate page in the biography of artist Alexei Fedulov belongs to postage stamps. One of the stamps of his design, dedicated to the 300th Anniversary of the St. Andrew's colors, won the Grand Prix at the International Contest in Riga (2000). Nowadays, the artist continues his cooperation with Joint-Stock Company Marka. His well-known works for postage blocks and stamps cover the following themes: the 50th Anniversary of the national Antarctic research (2006); International Polar Year of 2007-2008 (2007); the 300th Birth Anniversary of scientist M. Lomonosov (2011); the 200th Anniversary of Russia's victory in the Patriotic War of 1812 (2012); the 450th Anniversary of book printing in Russia (2014); the 175th Anniversary of composer P. Tchaikovsky (2015); A Courtyard in Kolomna (1994) in the Contemporary Art of Russia series (2022), and other stamped products. He is a participant of republican, zonal, urban and international exhibitions. There is a good deal of personal exhibitions at the most prestigious venues both in Russia and abroad to his name.
