On March 26, the Akulovo cultural center held festive evening People write letters... for philatelists, deltiologists, enthusiastic collectors and those who want just to learn more of the history of stamps.
Within the framework of the event, an exhibition of local citizens’ postage stamps and postcards was arranged, as well The Art of a Stamp art exhibition.
The event was attended by Artem Adibekov, the Director General of JSC Marka; Alexei Borodin, the President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia; Konstantin Filobok, the Vice President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia; and Andrei Nikulshin, the Director of the Akulovo cultural center.
The guests of the festive evening were acquainted with the history of stamps, as well as with philatelic products and postage stamp catalogs produced by JSC Marka, which were presented on a special mount.
The children's audience was involved in the Envelope Design master class: using paper crafting and drawings young guests of the holiday created their own envelopes.
The Director General of JSC Marka Artyom Adibekov and the President of the Union of Philatelists of Russia Alexei Borodin awarded collectors of the Akulovo village with letters of gratitude.
The culminating point of the evening was a grand gala concert, which presented solo performers and creative teams of the cultural center.
