On March 22, an overprinted stamp dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States was put into postal circulation



The Interparliamentary Assembly of CIS Member Nations was established on March 27, 1992, and is an interstate body of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The postage stamp provides an image of the Tavricheskiy Palace and the IPA CIS emblem.

An overprint of the new denomination was made on the postage stamp and inscription “30th Anniversary of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States” is provided on the margins of the stamp sheet.
