The Luka Krymsky Medal was instituted in 2020.
The Luka Krymsky Medal is granted to physicians and other staff members of medical establishments of the Russian Federation and foreign nationals for their services in the field of public health protection and a significant contribution to the development of public health services in Russia.
Medal For Works in Culture and Arts was instituted in 2021.
Medal For Works in Culture and Arts is granted to people of culture and art of the Russian Federation and foreign nationals for personal services in the maintenance of traditional spiritual and moral values of the peoples of Russia and promotion of the cultural potential of the country.
The postage stamps feature medals For Works in Agriculture, For the Development of Railways, For Works in Culture and Arts and the Luka Krymsky Medal.
In addition to the issue of the postage stamps, JSC Marka produced First Day Covers and special cancels for Moscow and St. Petersburg.
