The National Academy of Philately of Russia has chosen the best postage stamp of 2021

According to the National Academy of Philately of Russia, a postal block dedicated to the 200th Birth Anniversary of writer Fyodor M. Dostoevsky was acknowledged the best issue of 2021.

The postal block provides images of a book, a writer’s facsimile, and paintings by I. Glazunov: F.M. Dostoevsky (1992) and First Date. (2012), illustration for Dostoevsky's story “White Nights” from the collection of the Gallery of Ilya Glazunov. The design artist is Olga Savina.

The print run is 30 thousand blocks; they are available in post offices of JSC Russian Post and the Collectioner show rooms.

The National Academy of Philately (NAP) conducts its activities with the view of coordination of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of history of post, philately, and every kind of assistance to the development and promotion of valuable postal matter collecting.
