The event was held in the online conference mode; in the course of the meeting, the participants got acquainted with the information of UPR President Sergey Evtushenko about the work executed over the current period. They also heard reports from the UPR branches about the philatelic exhibitions and events. Members of the Union of Philatelists took part in international philatelic exhibitions Brest-2021, Belphila-2021, NOTOS 2021 and the Congress of the Federation of European Philatelic Organizations (FEPA).
New members of the UPR Jury Panel were approved in accordance with the introductions of the regional branches. Within the framework of the event, the participants discussed the plan of activities aimed at organizing and holding philatelic exhibitions and events in 2022, organizational issues related to the preparation for the next Congress of the Union of Philatelists of Russia scheduled for February 26, 2022, and awards were given out to activists from regional branches.
