The ceremony was held in the framework of International Exhibition and Forum Transport of Russia. The event was attended by Evgeny Ditrikh, the Director General of the State Transport Leasing Company; and Konstantin Gurzov, the Director of the Department of Cloud Services Development and Data Management of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia.
The State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) was founded in 2001. For today, it is the largest leasing company in Russia, which is on the list of strategic companies of the Russian economy. GTLK ensures the implementation of state support for the transport industry, the formation of an effective infrastructure, the off-budget fundraising, the development of Russian engineering industry, as well as digital transformation and building the operational efficiency of the company.
The illustrated stamped envelope provides an image of the logo of the State Transport Leasing Company and various carrier vehicles on a stylized field. The print run is 1 million envelopes.
