The postal stamp provides images of the shipyard, its logo and multi-purpose logistic ship Katerina Velikaya, the first vessel launched from the slipway of the shipyard. In the course of the ceremony, the first prints on the stamps were made by Andrey Shishkin, the Vice President for Informatization, Innovation and Localization of the Rosneft Company, and Sergey Tseluyko, the Director General of SSC Zvezda.
In addition to the issue of the postal stamp, JSC Marka produced special cancels and First Day Covers. The print run of the stamp is 126 thousand items. Issues of the state valuable postal matter are traditionally dedicated to memorable historical dates, outstanding events, as well as large enterprises and organizations.
The stamps dedicated to the shipyard can be used for sending postage around the world.

Shipbuilding complex Zvezda is under construction by a consortium headed by the Rosneft Company at the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. As of 2021, the portfolio of orders of the Zvezda complex amounts to 56 vessels. The pilot loading of the complex is provided by the Rosneft company which placed an order for 28 ships at the shipyard. The Zvezda product line will include ships of up to 350 thousand tons displacement, elements of offshore platforms, ice-class vessels, commercial vessels for cargo transportation, special-purpose vessels and other types of marine facilities, including those, which have never been produced in Russia before.
Katerina Velikaya and three more vessels of the series were laid down in September 2017. This is the first-in-class ship in the series of four vessels the Rosneft Company.
Katerina Velikaya will be capable of navigating through Arctic ice up to 1.5 meters thick. Vessels of this series are intended for the unlimited navigation area and performance of a variety of operations, including icebreaking. They can transport cargo, escort ships, and warp large facilities.
