On August 6, an official ceremony took place of special cancellation of a postal block dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the Central Order of Zhukov Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation.

The event was attended by Colonel-General Igor Golloev, the Commander of the Central Order of Zhukov Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation; Oleg Dukhovnitsky, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Marka, a Full State Counselor 1st class of the Russian Federation; Colonel-General Anatoly Shkirko, a Member of the Board of All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization Association of Veterans of Hostilities of Internal Affairs Bodies and Internal Troops of Russia; and Colonel Nikolai Grigoriev, an Assistant Commandant for work with veterans of the Central District of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation.

The Central Order of Zhukov Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard troops of the Russian Federation traces its history back to July 15, 2021. During the Great Patriotic War, the formations of the District fought in the composition of the 3rd Belorussian Front. In later years, for conquest of the city of Orsha, the District was granted the honorable name of the Orsha District. For the liberation of Minsk it was awarded the Order of the Red Banner and for distinguished conduct in battles with Japanese militarists, it was honored with the title of the Khinan District.

On July 15, a postal block dedicated to the Centenary of the Orsha-Khingan District was put into postal circulation. The postal block provides an image of the District heraldic symbol; the margins feature stock photos imaging the combat path of the District, as well as the Orders of Zhukov and of the Red Banner. The Print Run of the block is 30,000. In addition to the issue of the postal block, JSC Marka produced a unique philatelic set with a coded postal block in the quantity of only 5.5 thousand copies.
