On July 27, the 2nd form of the postal block dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Central Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation was put into circulation

 
The history of the Central Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation began on July 15, 1921. During the Great Patriotic War, parts of the district fought as part of the 3rd Belorussian Front. Subsequently, for the capture of the city of Orsha, the district became known as Orsha. For the liberation of Minsk, he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner, for distinction in battles with Japanese militarists, he was awarded the name "Khingansky". Nine servicemen were awarded the title of Heroes of the Soviet Union, more than 12.5 thousand servicemen were awarded orders and medals.

The postal block is printed using bronze paste and with a serial number in the margins. The postage stamp contains an image of the heraldic sign of the district, in the margins of the postal block there are archival photos reflecting the military path of the district, and the Orders of Zhukov and the Red Banner. A numbered postal block is implemented in an artistic cover.
